Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our webstore. If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error or fault, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange.
Please note that all orders are custom made and, therefore, cannot be refunded due to buyer's remorse. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided for products that are defective due to a manufacturing error or fault.
(Due to change to current supplier agreements, clothing items are not returnable at this time. Please make sure you order according to size, or size larger. Note XXL = L | XXXL = XL in North America, we can not return or exchange due to size. Please order larger if in doubt)
To request a refund or exchange for a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s) for inspection. Please provide us with a clear image of the defect in your initial email.
However, if the product is found to have been damaged due to buyer's misuse, neglect, or any other reason not related to manufacturing, no refund or exchange will be provided.
All sales are final, except in some rare cases where store credit and a re-stocking fee of 40% may apply. If you need to return an item, please be aware that a restocking fee may be charged and store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund.
We will exchange items for manufacturer defects only, within 7 days of the original purchase and with the original packaging. Please note that custom printed items cannot be returned. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund the full purchase price.
NOT including any shipping costs incurred. Return shipping cost will incur.
